Post Office To Be Named After Marvin Gaye

Marvin Gaye

Singer Marvin Gaye is getting a United States Post Office named after him.

It will be called the Marvin Gaye Post Office.

President Donald Trump signed the bill into law this week.  The bill was introduced by California Representative Karen Bass-D.

The facility is located at 3585 South Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles, CA.

Gaye was killed during a domestic dispute with his father in 1984.

The “Lets Get It On” musician died just one day shy of his 45th birthday.
