ATLANTA —

The alleged fight that landed Bow Wow and his reported on-again, off-again girlfriend Kiyomi Leslie in jail early Saturday morning started because the rapper got jealous she was talking to another man at a party, according to a police report of the incident

Bow Wow, whose real name is Shad Moss, and Kiyomi Leslie, whose real name is Leslie Holden, were both arrested on battery charges after the incident at an apartment in Atlanta.

According to an Atlanta police report obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, both told police that Moss became upset because his girlfriend was talking to another man at a party earlier that night.

“Mr. Moss stated that Ms. Holden was all over another man's body in the party,” the report states. “A man Mr. Moss referred to as Shaquille.”

It is unclear whether he was referring to NBA Hall of Famer Shaquille O'Neal, who held a carnival-themed Super Bowl party in Atlanta on Friday night. According to several news reports, Moss was spotted at O’Neal’s party.

Holden, 27, appeared on the reality television series “Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta” with Moss, 31.

The incident report details both sides of what appears to be a violent altercation that left both people with minor injuries.

Fulton County Sheriff’s Office
Shad Moss, also known as Bow Wow, and Leslie Holden, who goes by Kiyomi Leslie, reportedly got into a fight when an argument escalated after a party.

Holden told police that after they arrived home from the party, a verbal dispute over the other man “quickly became physical,” the report stated.

Holden said the rapper hit her in the head, pulled her by her hair and dragged her into different rooms in the apartment. Police said she had some redness on her lower back, red marks on her right fingers and some broken fingernails.

Moss told an officer that he tried to talk to Holden about “how she disrespected him at the party,” but she started yelling at him.

He said she later “became aggressive and grabbed a night-stand lamp and threw it at him,” but it missed him. She also allegedly scratched his face and neck. Moss had some visible red scratches on his face, police said.

Officers arrested both after they were unable to determine who started the fight. The report lists them both as victims and suspects.

They were taken to the Fulton County Jail and have since been released on bond.

Moss’ attorney, Joe S. Habachy, said in a statement he was “wrongfully arrested” after being “beaten by an out of control intoxicated female.”

Holden or her team could not be reached for comment.
