Shemar Moore has a New Show

From Criminal Minds to S.W.A.T.

Shemar Moore has been hinting at a big announcement and now we know he’s starring in a new pilot on CBS.

The new show is a reboot of the movie by the same name.  The movie starred Samuel L. Jackson, LL Cool J, Colin, Farrell and Michelle Rodriguez.

The movie was about the S.W.A.T team in LA being given another chance and Jackson’s character was their leader. He handpicked his new team but one of them went rogue.

Based on his Instagram posts, Moore will play Jackson’s character Hondo.

Moore says the show is slated to be released later this year and they start shooting the pilot this month.

Congratulations Shemar!  It probably goes without saying but we’ll say it anyway.   Your “baby girls” have been waiting to see you on TV again.
